Dawn's Soft Weave
Dawn whispered a breeze,
As her fingers tickle
And tease
With a tender touch,
She softly weaves
A blanket of mist
To comfort the forest trees,
As her sunlight
Dances to the birdsong
Within the sway of the leaves
Another Day
A tapestry
Of greens and browns
And russet reds
Weave through the hillsides
And downs
Like tweed embroidered threads
Blanketing the landscape
In preparation
For another day
Blushed Serenity
The call of dawn,
Rouged
To the whispering winds
Of blushed serenity,
Draping morning
In a silken sunrise,
Adorning
Magenta clouded skies..
